Corporate website for “KUB” Company

BACKGROUND

KUBP company develops software solutions for accounting, management accounting, and financial analysis.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

Before we started the project, the client was needed only one website development. After we complete the analysis we started to understand we had to create 2 websites, because we have two different target audiences for clients products. One audience is big companies who need customized solutions and another one which consists of small and medium companies who need all-from-the-box. Also, the branding looked a bit outdated so we needed to refresh it.

SOLUTION

Initially, we performed a deep analysis of business and made a development plan along with budget estimation. We got the great discovery phase and consulting stage and discussed a lot of important questions about market rivals, purposes, strategy etc. That helped us to define project goals and provided the really good solutions for the project success.

The web development stage includes the development of two sites – corporate site and e-shop. Both sites were developed on a single domain name for better SEO positions. We had much work on the UX / UI. The site is designed according to the current requirements of the responsive, cross-browser and cross-platform (windows, android, iOS). We tested both sites on various parameters and also provided a complete test report on many parameters – performance tests, validity, and so on.
Branding solution was re-branding and brand book creation.

RESULTS

The marketing phase included research of online presence (including competitors analysis) and creation of basic marketing strategy, Google Analytics setup, implementation of sales funnel, onsite SEO. Now the KUBP company can get more statistical data about their users like never before. That is very helpful for business efficiency in the future.

REVIEW

New sites are mobile-friendly and showcase content in more targeted ways. They also identified better strategies for leveraging branding materials. In addition, they provided guidance on how to utilize site analytics and helped set up benchmarks for evaluating traffic and lead generation.
